These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of itmilestone.com and to all services provided by IT Milestone (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide website development, web and mobile app development, social media marketing, paid ads management, SEO and content, branding and design, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are agreed in a written proposal or quote.
2. Quotes and proposals
Every project is quoted individually. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it starts.
3. Payments
- Projects normally require an advance payment (usually 50%) before work begins, with the balance due before launch or final handover.
- Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each month.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is cleared.
- Third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, apps and stock assets are not included in our fees unless clearly stated, and are paid by the client.
4. Timelines and client responsibilities
Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback, logins and approvals from the client on time. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery date.
5. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or new features may be charged separately.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Once full payment is received, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them, such as website content, designs and custom code, except third-party items that remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.
7. Results
We work hard to deliver strong results, but outcomes like rankings, followers, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results unless agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Either party may end a monthly service with 15 days’ written notice. Advance payments for work that has already started are non-refundable. Any refund for work not yet started is handled case by case.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver our services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IT Milestone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or services outside our control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
